Sales Tax
The 200 Liter Drum and 20 Liter sizes are meant for manufacturing/ re-packaging and resale and are considered 'bulk raw material'. So, no sales tax is charged on them. Please let us know if you are going to use these sizes for purposes other than reselling in some form.
Other size variants may incur Sales Tax depending on the State the product is shipped to, if we don't have a Sales Tax Exemption form on file from the buyer.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days. Transit time will depend on your location, shipping method chosen etc., PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES COULD BE LONGER DUE TO COVID-19 IMPACT, WEATHER RELATED ISSUES ETC.,
- We only ship to addresses within the Continental (48 states) USA. For delivery addresses located outside this area, please call us or email us to discuss, but only for the 200 Liter and 20 Liter sizes.
- Except for Drum size, our Standard Shipping is by USPS Priority or UPS Ground or Fedex Ground depending on product and destination.
- Drum size will be shipped by LTL Freight. Shipping cost is charged at actual. We will obtain shipping quotes from multiple carriers and let you choose a carrier. The buyer has the option to book a carrier and arrange for pick-up for the Drum size.
- We reserve the right to use 3rd party fulfillment centers to ship the orders to you depending on speed, cost and inventory locations.
Returns & Refunds
- Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 'no hassles' policy for returns except for drum size orders.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund, except for drum size orders. You bear the shipping cost for the return. The product should be returned within 15 days of delivery in its original 'as received' condition.
- For drum size orders, you have the opportunity to review and approve the Sales Order/ Invoice which includes product cost and shipping cost. Once the Sales Order/ Invoice is approved, the sale is final and the product can't be returned.

Limited Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of the use of this product.
